Hi Ian Freeman here and yes that's me above, I'm not someone who has great genetics but I'm lean and fit at 47. Many thanks for checking out my site, I hope that you enjoy reading the tips, articles and recommendations on how to develop lean muscle and how to get ripped in super-fast time.
I too found it hard to lose my skinny genetics and tried many of the muscle building products out there. I tried online and offline products to try and find just which ones are the most effective. I eventually found a program that actually made me put on 11 kilograms (over 24lbs) of lean muscle mass that took me from 69 kilo's to 80 kilos in 20 weeks. The amazing thing was that even with all that mass being put on, I was also lowering my body fat levels at the same time. I went from 12.5% down to 8.5%. This was down to expert guidance of my nutrition and a great balance of specific weights and cardio workouts. Even better was the fact that I actually cut my training time in half too, so had more time to spend with my family.
